We went to Gokceada to learn kiteboarding last weekend with couple of my friends. There was a beautifull beach between the sea and the lake. Running on the sand is the one of the best way to strengthen ankles. I ran from the hotel to the beach, it was about 5K in the morning. Then I run at the beach about 2k on barefoot.I believe it counts! After the run I enjoyed the see, the sun, the beach and a cold BEER! ;)
