I keep on running for Hood To Coast as well as real one on the mountains. After the first run, I realized that it is totally different discipline running down from the hill than running on the road. Different muscle groups are working harder than ever and you taste the pain the other day. But the good thing is you feel the top of the endorphin. I think I am addicted!!

RUNNING DOWNHILL AT THE VILLAGE
Hood to Coast için koşmaya devam ediyorum, hem de dağlarda.. İlk koşudan sonra anladım ki dağın tepesinden aşağı koşmak, yolda koşmaktan çok farklı bir disiplin. Tamamen farklı kas grupları yogun olarak çalışıyor ve ertesi gün biraz ağrılı geçiyor. Ama böyle antrenmanlardan sonra salgılanan endorfin hat safhada diyebilirim. Sanırım bağımlısı oluyorum :D
