RUNNING IS MY THERAPY!

Bir süredir hiç birşey yazmak gelmedi içimizden, hem aklımız, hem de kendimiz mümkün olduğunca gezideydi. Ne zaman sinirlerim yıpransa, bana en iyi gelen şeyi yaptım: Koşmak! 1 Hazirandan beri 26km yol yapmışım :) Ama bu koşularımdan en güzeli Çeşme plajdakiydi...Sabah erkenden kalkıp, plaja attım kendimi. Ayakkabı kullanmadan direk çıplak ayakla normal hızımdan daha yavaşta olsa çok iyi geldi. Tabi ki bitince kendimi denize attım ve günlük terapimi tamamladım.



It's been quite sometime since our last post. Our mind and body was occupied by Gezi...Whenever I feel down, furious or anxious, I always go for a RUN! Just like I did this month: 26km since 1st of June! Best of all my runs in June was of course in Çeşme, Ilıca Beach...I got up early and throw my self to the beach. It was a real barefoot ride, I was much slower than my regular runs but felt really great at the end. Of course I end my daily therapy with a nice swim.

Her zaman tek başımıza koşuya çıkmıyoruz. Bugün bir değişiklik yaptık ve ofisten 35 kişi hep beraber koştuk! 5km ve 10km olarak iki gruba ayrıldık. Parkur müthişti, sonsuz tavsiye ederiz, hem geniş, hem serin, hem boş. Yeniköy Macro Center'ın önünden Tarabya Otel'e gidip gelmek 5km, Sarıyer'e kadar gidip gelmek ise 10km yapıyor. Kalabalık bir kutlama yaptık ve bitiş çizgisinde bizi içecek ve meyveler bekliyordu...Yolda karşılaştığımız en komik manzara Metres adlı tekneydi, niyet baya belli :)

We don't always go solo run, today we hit the road with 35 people from the office and named it as Fun Team Run. We divided into 2 groups: 5K and 10K. Track was amazing, wide, cool and empty! Just what we were looking for. Start was in front of the Yeniköy Macro Center, a 5K is until Tarabya Hotel and 10K is until Sarıyer. We enjoyed the run all together and celebrate it with drinks and fruits at the end...Funniest moment was when we saw the boat name Mistress, hahah the guy really put himself out there ha? :)
