RUN GRUMPY, JUST RUN!

İstanbul kendini hala Mart ayında sanıyor bence. Bunun başka bir açıklaması yok. Geçen perşembe adeta bir kış sabahına uyandık burada. Olsun varsın yağmur yağsın. Giyerim kamuflajımı, takarım kulaklığımı yine de koşarım.

Istanbul still thinks that it's March. There is no other explanation for last Thursday's weather. We got up on a winter day, it was raining like cats and dogs. But that's not a big deal, I still put on my sweat, placed my headphone and went running.

RUN THE SKIRT!

Sonunda bu da oldu. Etek görünümlü koşu şortu yaptılar. Resme aldanıp tenis ürünüdür bu demeyin siz de deneyin. Yanlarından büzülüyor ve içinde gizli minik bir taytı var çok tatlı :) Sabah sabah katil gibi çıkmışım resimde...

Sabahın köründe kalkıp yine spora gittim. Evet kalkması gerçekten zor oldu, ancak insanın enerjisinin en yüksek olduğu saatler sabah saatleriymiş. Ona güvenerek attım kendimi koşu bandına. 4km den sonra gerçekten açıldım, çok iyi geldi. Bir de manzara bu olunca hiç zor olmadı. Sabah güneşi çişliye mi vuruyordu ya? Bana baya bir vurdu da...Neyse.



They finally did it! A running skirt-short! And no it's not a tennis product, it's really part of the running collection and I loved it! Even though I looked like a murderer in the picture it is chick, comfy, unique and has a hidden short tight under it ;)

Once again I got up early and went to the gym. It's quite hard to get up early but I heard that human body energy reach its maximum in the morning hours. So I trusted that. It felt much better after 4k. Since the view was amazing as well, I really enjoyed this morning run.
